What counts as a 'dancer' for billing?
Only active dancers (students) count toward your plan quota. Parents, teachers, and staff accounts are unlimited and completely free. Adult dancers (18+) don't need separate parent accounts, and children under 13 don't need their own login.
Can parents pay through the platform?
Yes, with our Growth plan and above. Parents can view and pay invoices directly through their portal using Stripe. You can also track manual payments (cash, bank transfer) and send automated payment reminders.
Is my data secure?
Hosted in the EU (GDPR-compliant), with UK GDPR safeguards. School and role-based access protects your records. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.
What if I need custom features or dedicated support?
