7. Enforcement

The severity of action depends on the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation. We will endeavour to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary.
8. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@mydanceschool.co.uk within 14 days of the action. Include your account details and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
