Where your data is hosted
Hosted in the EU (GDPR-compliant), with UK GDPR safeguards. Our Lovable Cloud database uses Supabase infrastructure in eu-west-1 (Ireland).
Access to school and family data
School membership and assigned roles control access. Parents and dancers do not receive classmates' medical information or contacts. Teachers can open emergency cards only for dancers in their assigned active classes; each open is recorded in the school audit log.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes card details; My Dance School does not store them. Lovable/Supabase provides hosting, database, authentication and storage. Resend delivers emails. See the Privacy Policy and DPA for processing terms.
